Mission Vision What Others Say Summer Seminars Activities Alumni Contact Us

All the donations the Institute receives are invested in a Scholarship Fund from which the Institute provides scholarships to carefully selected students.

The Phoenix Institute is changing lives and changing the world, and has been doing so for over 20 years! Will you join us in our mission of forming tomorrow’s leaders? Will you join us in our call to bring hope to young men and women in a turbulent world?  Will you join us in the vital task of rekindling an understanding of the depth and truth of Western Thought? Join us today, we need your help – but more: the world needs it.

The Phoenix Institute Europe Foundation is a non-profit educational organization incorporated in The Netherlands (“Stichting Phoenix Instituut Europa”). It is the official European branch of The Phoenix Institute. The Phoenix Institute has further official incorporated branches in the United States, Mexico and Colombia. The Phoenix Institute Europe Foundation is registered in The Netherlands as a charity, making donations to the Foundation tax-deductible for residents of this country and other EU countries.

All activities –the main one being the annual European summer seminar- are financed through the participation fees paid for the various events. Foundation directors do Phoenix work on a voluntary basis in combination with their full-time careers. For this reason overhead costs are very low and donations are always fully used for the purpose for which they were given, mostly student scholarships.

Although the Institute tries its best to keep participation fees as low as possible, for many university students, the tuition is often unaffordable. All the donations the Institute receives are therefore entirely invested in providing scholarships to carefully selected students. The maximum scholarship award students can receive is 75% of the participation fee. Students who are awarded a scholarship are required to send a detailed personal report about their experience after the event. Click here for texts of reports.

Upon request, we will provide you with more information about giving plans as well as detailed information on how benefactor’s money is spent. Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible in certain EU countries. Annual reports of the Foundation are available upon request. You may send an e-mail with your request for information and address details to info@phoenixeurope.org.
